Does the 3D map really work with no signal at all?
Downloaded maps, resort data, the user's GPS position and run recording can work without mobile service. Live group positions require a connection; offline, the last synchronized position may remain visible until connectivity returns.
How big is an offline resort pack?
Pack size varies with the resort, terrain and current map version. Bonvo shows the download before offline use; keep enough device storage and complete the download on a stable connection.
Does offline use drain the battery?
Battery use varies by device, temperature, screen time and GPS recording. Downloading data in advance can reduce network use, but continuous GPS still uses battery.
Is the offline map free?
Bonvo Ski is free to ski with: 3D maps, offline maps, friends on the map and basic run recording cost nothing. Summit Pass unlocks power tools such as unlimited recordings, drawing tools, advanced stats and AI Snow Studio. Availability can vary by platform, release and region.
