Terms of Service

Welcome to Bonvo Ski Maps. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Bonvo Ski Maps mobile application ("App") operated by Kovács Gergely ("we," "us," or "our").

By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts

3. Subscriptions and Purchases

Bonvo SKI Pro Subscription

• Subscription prices are displayed in the App before purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings

AI Tokens

• Tokens are consumable in-app purchases used for AI-generated content
• Tokens do not expire but are non-refundable
• Unused tokens remain available if you cancel your subscription

Refunds

• All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store
• Refund requests must be made through Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com

4. User Content and Conduct

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create (group names, messages, shared locations). By sharing content, you grant us a license to display it to other users as intended by the App's features.

AI-Generated Content

• AI-generated avatars and videos are created using your photos and inputs
• You may use AI-generated content for personal, non-commercial purposes
• We do not claim ownership of AI-generated content created for you

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Harass, bully, or threaten other users
• Share inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
• Impersonate others or create fake accounts
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or exploit the App
• Share others' personal information without consent
• Use the App while engaged in dangerous activities (e.g., while skiing)

5. Location Sharing

• Location sharing with groups is entirely optional
• You can stop sharing your location at any time
• Shared locations are visible only to members of your groups
• Use caution when sharing location in avalanche-prone or dangerous areas

6. Safety Disclaimer

• Trail maps and conditions may not be current or accurate
• Always follow posted signs and ski patrol instructions
• Check official resort information for current conditions
• The App is not a substitute for proper ski safety equipment or training
• We are not responsible for accidents or injuries while skiing

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Budapest, Hungary.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
