Best Family Slopes in St. Anton — How to Find Them in Seconds

By Gergely Kovacs, founder of Bonvo.Ski 3D MapsSt. Anton am Arlberg

St. Anton am Arlberg is famous for challenging terrain, but it also has excellent slopes for families. The trick is knowing where to find them — and that is exactly what the Bonvo.Ski Slope Ranking feature does for you.

Step-by-Step: Find Family Slopes

  1. Select St. Anton as your ski resort in the app.
  2. Tap the "Near Me" button on the main screen.
  3. Choose "Family" from the menu that appears.
  4. You will immediately see a ranked list of the best family-friendly slopes, sorted by length. These are wide, gentle slopes with a steepness below 12% — comfortable for beginners and children.

What Makes a Slope Family-Friendly?

Our algorithm analyzes every slope's steepness profile, width, and difficulty rating. For the Family category, we select slopes that are:

  • Green or blue difficulty
  • Below 12% average steepness
  • Wide enough for comfortable turns
  • Sorted by length so you get the most skiing for your effort

No more guessing which slopes are safe for the kids. Open the app, tap Family, and go.
