Share Your Ski Run with Friends in Les Deux Alpes — Show Off Your Stats

By Gergely Kovacs, founder of Bonvo.Ski 3D MapsLes Deux Alpes

You just had an epic run down the glacier in Les Deux Alpes. You hit 80 km/h, skied 2,000 vertical meters, and your legs are burning. Now you want to share that achievement with friends. Here is how.

Recording the Run

First, you need to record your run. (If you missed that tutorial, check out Day 5 for step-by-step instructions.)

  1. Tap the red record button before you start
  2. Ski your run
  3. Tap stop when you finish
  4. The app processes your data and shows you the full statistics

Sharing the Run

  1. Go to "My Recordings" (the list button in the top-right cluster)
  2. Find your run in the list
  3. Tap the share button on that run

The app generates a beautiful map view with your run traced on it. The route is color-coded:

  • Red — skiing downhill
  • Blue — riding a ski lift
  • Green — resting or walking flat terrain

What Gets Shared

The shareable view includes:

  • Max speed, duration, average speed
  • Vertical drop, total distance
  • Number of runs
  • Location and timestamp

Customization Options

Before sharing, you can customize the background:

  • Switch to satellite view for a realistic terrain backdrop
  • Upload a photo from your gallery or take a new one
  • Add a video background
  • Use an AI-generated character (see Day 22 for details)

Once you have the perfect look, screenshot or screen-record it and share to Instagram, WhatsApp, or wherever your crew hangs out.
